Mondragon Corporation Cooperativa has been founded as a small-scaled factory with the manufacturing of cooktop and heaters. The founding process was fired by team showing great human endevour, the power of determination and joint enterprise. Mondragon Corporacion Cooperativa   has  proved its potential as a unique cooperative experience and become the only one of its kind in the world. MCC has 3 divisions ; Industrial, Financial and distriibution with more than 220 companies and 70.000 employees. Financial group provides special services for large and small scale companies as well as comprising financial aids for cooperative companies. Industrial group is made up of 7 different divisions; otomotive, spare part, construction & contract, industrial equipments, durable consumer goods, engineering and investment equipments, macchine parts. Distribution channels is one of the four biggest sectors in Spain. There are many hiper and super markets, travel agents and petrol stations within management structure. 

MCC is aware of the importance and power of education and it seems that it is a must to found the Mondragon University and AR&GE center for the development of the group. The development of MCC is the result of creating innovative ideas, adapting outlooks to changing needs and transforming problems into solutions. We believe that all these qualities of our clear policy of extension are crucial for our ongoing success.
